1. Orders processed within 48 hours of payment verification.

2. We accept PayPal only. We only ship to PAYPAL addresses.
Your PAYPAL address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.
Any special request cannot be accepted after 1 hour of payment.

3. TRANSIT TIMES are provided by the carriers and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season. We will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.

4. If the item is defect when you receive it or you are not satisfied with it, please return it within 30 days for a replacement or money back. Please contact us for an RMA and return address before you return it.

Free Worldwide Shipping

All orders ships free via Airmail to anywhere in the world. Larger orders receive extra treatments:
Very large orders, depending on their shipping destinations, are upgraded to Speedpost Global Express free-of-charge.
Atmopedia sometimes splits your orders into multiple shipments to avoid delays. All shipments are shipped using the same shipping method you have selected during checkout.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
Not happy with a product? Return it to us.
You may return undamaged items to us postmarked within 30 calendar days of delivery. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways. Please make sure the item is returned in the original condition, with the original packaging and accessories.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Atmopedia guarantees safe delivery of your orders. We exchange all damaged items. Atmopedia reimburses return shipping charges.
Contact us for a RMA, within 5 days of delivery, and ship products back via the least expensive method.

Product Warranty (faulty / defective over normal use)
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, all products warranty is 1 year counted from the date of shipment.

Within 3 months from shipment:
Upon returning, defective items are replaced and shipped back to customers for free.

Within 6 months from shipment:
Upon returning, defective items are replaced and shipped back to customers for free. Return shipping reimbursement is unavailable.

Customers may still send defective items back to Atmopedia. Atmopedia passes those items back to their manufactures and helps coordinating the repair. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways.
Depending on the problem, fees may be assessed by the manufacturers. Atmopedia will contact customers before committing the repairs.

Incorrect Description / Wrong Items Mailed
Atmopedia will exchange the item or fully refund you. Contact us and then ship the products back via the least expensive method, and Atmopedia covers all return shipping charges.
